1. The thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation layer should be better.

The better the insulation performance of the insulation layer, the smaller the cooling capacity, and the smaller the storage temperature fluctuation caused, which is beneficial to maintaining the quality of the stored items, extending the storage time, reducing the drying shrinkage loss of the stored items, and at the same time, it can Save investment and operating costs of refrigeration equipment. Pay attention to the moisture-proof outside of the insulation layer.

The temperature on both sides of the cold storage enclosure structure is inconsistent, which easily creates a partial pressure difference in water vapor. With the transfer of heat, water vapor outside the cold storage will penetrate into the cold storage, so a moisture-proof and air-insulating layer should be installed. There are three common moisture-proof methods: asphalt moisture-proof, plastic film moisture-proof and using metal sandwich panels to double as moisture-proof layer. ​

2. Choose the appropriate refrigeration system.

Cold storage obtains cold energy through artificial refrigeration. Currently, liquid gasification refrigeration or steam refrigeration is commonly used. The vapor refrigeration method can be divided into three types of refrigeration methods: compression, absorption, and injection, of which compression is the most common. The compression refrigerator is mainly composed of four parts: compressor, condenser, regulating valve and evaporator. It is a closed cycle system.

3. Install a good air extraction system.

After food is stored in a cold storage for a certain period of time, gaseous substances such as carbon dioxide and ethylene are likely to accumulate. Therefore, a good exhaust system must be installed to regularly introduce fresh air to facilitate the storage and preservation of food.
